Storyhouse Bookpub is a new kind of bookstore in Des Moines, Iowa bringing books and people together.

Storyhouse has settled into a storefront in the East Village next to Raygun! Summer hours start Saturday, June 12. Stop by and say hello! 505 East. Grand Avenue, Suite #102.

It’s an author meet n’ greet evening of dessert and books! Authors Melissa Febos (Girlhood) and Donika Kelly (The Renunciations) will be joining us on Friday, July 23 at 6pm in Raygun’s snazzy new mezzanine space.

Melissa & Donika will be chatting about their books and reading lives. Enjoy delightful hand pies from Pie Bird Pies with honey lemonade from Daisy Chain. Mix, mingle, and get your books signed.

Grab your $5 ticket for dessert and drinks. Feel free to reserve your books with your ticket too. Books will also be for sale at the event. Tickets will also be available at the door.

Have a drink with All Iowa Reads author, Nickolas Butler – Sat., Aug. 7 at 6pm – hear from his newest book, Godspeed, in Raygun’s mezzanine.

Storyhouse will be chatting with Nick about his forthcoming book, Godspeed (releases July 27). PRE-ORDER your copies now, friends – he’ll be staying to sign books too.
